Walking trail
blue trail of “the Land of Forests and Lakes” runs from Lębork, through Jasień, Bytów, Borzyszkowy, Brzeźno Szlacheckie, Miastko, Bobęcino to Żydowo.

Cycling trail
open in 2006, the route called in Kashubian „Kołowe stegne Gochow” („Gochs’ cycling routes”) is characterised by varied landscape. There are many valleys and hills as well as many patches of flat area also with very sharp and dynamic parts that provide maximum excitement. Following the cycling route, one may admire large and varied forestation of our region. The largest places on the route include Hamer Młyn, Luboń, Stoltmany, Sątoczno, Zapceń, Lipnica, Prądzona, Brzeźno Szlacheckie and Borowy Młyn. The cycling route is 66 kilometres long in total. The route is marked by large stones with arrows and by information boards showing distances to the particular villages.

Canoe trails
- the trail 37 km long on the Chocina river, reaching Charzykowskie Lake,
- the trail 13 km long on the Osusznica river flowing into the Chocina river,
- the trail rarely followed by canoeists, 12 km long on the Prądzona river, culminating in the middle reaches of the Chocina river,
- the canoe trail on the Kłonecznica river, reaching Laska Lake, Księże, Długie, Parszczenica, Śluza, and further down to the Brda river.
